Important Points related to Cancellation Policy & Refund.
This Refund Process is a 100% automated process done through a Seamless & Secure Tech alogithms. The refund amount, as applicable will be initiated by the system on a daily basis and is usually credited into the Customer’s bank Account by the Payment Gateway within 5 – 7 Business working days. We would reuest our Customers to have patience until then.
The Refund Amount will reflect ONLY in the same Bank Account through which you had made the payment while making the Booking. Make sure you are checking the correct Bank Account for credit of this Refund Amount.
The Refund Amount will reflect on your account within 5 – 7 WORKING days from the time of Cancellation. This DOES NOT include holidays.
Please DO NOT DEPEND on SMS from your Bank for confirmation of Amount Refunded. Most of the times the Bank’s SMS does not get delivered, hence we would request you to check your Online Bank Account Statement for any Refund Credits.
